PRIVACY POLICY

    RMD Computer, Inc. respects your privacy and takes steps to ensure that your private information stays that way. This Privacy Policy describes how RMD Computer, Inc. (“RMD Computer”, “we” or “us”) uses personally identifiable information about our customers collected on the RMD Computer Web site (the “RMD Website”), or by any other way. By providing any personal information using the RMD Website or by other means, you are agreeing to the collection and use of information in the manner described as follows:

1. Nature of information of concern.

    When a client or potential customer uses or considers using our training or consulting services they provide us with a variety of information via the RMD Website, email, or other methods. This information may include any of the following and is not necessarily limited to it: the customer‘s name, phone number, address, email address, employer, and payment information.

2. How we use your information.

    RMD Computer uses your information to:

    * assist you in completing a transaction or order;
    * communicate with you about products and services;
    * provide service and support;
    * update you on new services and benefits;
    * provide personalized promotional offers; and
    * select content to be communicated to you.

    Any testimonials posted on the RMD Website are only posted with the expressed permission of the individual or company who provided that testimonial.

3. How we share your information.

    RMD Computer keeps the customers financial information only for as long as it is necessary to collects the mutually agreed upon fee for its service. During that time RMD keeps this information secure from any unauthorized access. After the fee is collected all such information, if any, is immediately destroyed, unless you ask us to retain your credit card information for future purchases. This normally applies only to credit or debit card information, which is the only form of payment that involves storing financial information.

    Except as described in this statement, RMD Computer will not share the personal information you provide to us with third parties without your permission, unless to: (i) respond to duly authorized information requests of police and governmental authorities; (ii) comply with any law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; (iii) help prevent fraud or to enforce or protect the rights and properties of RMD Computer; or (iv) protect the personal safety of RMD Computer employees and third parties on RMD Computer property.

    Circumstances may arise where, whether for strategic or other business reasons, RMD Computer decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize businesses in some locations. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal information to prospective or actual purchasers, or the receipt of it from sellers. It is RMD Computer‘s practice to seek appropriate protection for information in these types of transactions.

4. Children’s privacy.

    RMD Computer does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and does not target its website to children under 13. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children‘s online activities and interests.

5. Changes to this statement.

    If we change our privacy statement, we will post the revised statement here, with an updated revision date.
