PUBLIC TRAINING POLICY

Minimum Attendance

    RMD Computer reserves the right to cancel a public training course if the minimum enrollment requirements are not met or for any other reason. If possible, students will be notified of the cancellation at least one week prior to the course start date. Students enrolled in a cancelled course will be given the option to have their payment refunded or to receive an equivalent credit toward a future public training course.

Student Cancellation

    At least one week notification is required for students requesting to cancel a training registration. If the cancellation is done within a weeks (7 calendar days) time of the training class, NO refunds are given. Students canceling within the week will be able to register for a later course date, or transfer the training credit towards a different course with an equivalent value. All cancellation credits must be used within 1 year of the cancellation date.

Example: If your class begins on a Monday, you must cancel by 5pm (PST) the prior Monday in order to receive a refund.

    RMD Computer does not recommend the purchase of non-refundable tickets and is not responsible for any travel or cancellation charges incurred.
